Who has been to the most countries?

Since this is a travel blog, and there are so many bloggers, I thought I'd see who has been to the most countries. See who the hard core travellers are. I know different countries isn't the be all, and end all, but I thought it might be interesting to compare.

So far our passport stamps are fairly modest, but we've got 8 or 9 months to go.

Australia, Fiji, Canada, US, The Netherlands, Britain, France, Germany, Greece.
Also, have trips booked for Hungary, Croatia, Turkey, Kenya, and United Arab Emirates. Will try and do as much of Europe as we can in summer, and while we are here.

I have no idea what would constitute a lot of countries, so I'm interested to see some posts. Reply to this

Dig around the blogs and the forums, you'll see a lot of people that have some pretty extensive travel. Ali would be one of them, rather fitting since it's his site. Aspiringnomad has a few under his belt. Russ has been going for some time now. I love reading his travels in S. America. There is a thread somewhere around here about peoples favorite bloggers, many of them listed are probably among the most traveled. Reply to this

Been to 19 different countries - In no special order they are:
Netherlands, Hungary, Germany. East Germany (1972 - a bad place in a bad time), England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, France, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Morocco, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland and Aruba.
Going to China next year. I would still like to see Egypt before they blow up the pyramids. Willard Reply to this
