Youth Card

Do you know any value for money Youth Cards for UK and/or Europe?

I'll be 25 when I start traveling and a lot of sites are mentioning discounts for under 26's. I wondered if anyone knew of a Youth Card ( or Youth travel Card) which isn't hugely expensive but still gets you discounts on things you're actually likely to need while backpacking? This is for the UK and/or Europe. Thanks! Reply to this

You can get an International Youth Travel Card from STATravel.

It's the second card down on that page. You could check it out. I used a Student Card when I was overseas. Reply to this

I tried to buy the International Student Card from STA Travel but they sent me that Youth card instead. I actually found no use for it whatsoever as everywhere only accepted the student cards - I didn't find anywhere that offered a 'youth' discount. The International Student Card I got the following year was very useful though. Reply to this

Oooh there's a Teachers Travel card on that STA travel website! I qualify for that one! Reply to this
