Hi. Has anyone been on tiger (and wildlife in general) safaris in India that they can recommend. Don't want to pay a fortune. Do you have to go on an pre-arranged organised tour or can you hire a personal guide when there? I would prefer to go on an elephant rather than jeep but will consider both. Which national parks are the best to visit? Thanks!
