Cross Continental Flights

I will need a flight from Western Africa to the East Coast sometime in the next year and wondered if anyone had any information about availibility of routes and approx. costs.

I will be very flexible in terms of departure and arrival airports and dates.

Departure countries suitable: Mauritania, Senegal, The Gambia, Mali, Ghana....others close by
Arrival countries suitable: Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania.........others close by

Any help will be greatly appreciated as I've trawled the internet for what seems an eternity with no reults yielded!
