I think you have all the ones most people get listed. Check the WHO(World Health Organisation) site for confirmation. I am not so sure you need Malaria protection. Not all parts of Thailand are high risk. The WHO site will list the ones that are.
If you have not yet had a Polio booster, then add that to your list. And if you have not had measles and mumps as a child there is a MMR(Measeles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine available which is recommended.
Some people get a Rabies vaccine before travelling but I dont think you need it for places like Thailand and Australia. If you get bitten in Thailand go straight to a clinic to get the post bite treatment. I dont know if Rabbies is a problem in Australia or not.

Reply to this I have lived in Asia for 8 years 7 in Cambodia out in the islands alot. I have yet to meet anyone that has had malaria. the remedy they give you if you do get malaria is the propolatic dose doubled! something like a 40% chance i read somewhere that you will get it even if you are taking the propolatic so get the Anti Biotic and keep it with you as they can come in handy. Cypro if i remember correctly kills everything good stuff! going to Africa definatly take the malaria medicine!
definnatly do the jabs for hep abcdefg ya there are that many! you need to start that early as it takes time for 3 jabs
tetnus and Jap enchphilitus thyphoid I got all of them as well as the MMR
My doc says if it don't kill ya it only makes you stronger!
