Travel insurance for Canadians who no longer qualify for government health care.

For most of the travel insurance policies I have seen Canadians must still be covered by the provincial health care system to qualify. Any suggestions for travel insurance for those of us who have been on the road long enough to no longer qualify for the government health care program? Reply to this
