Ha had the cochinillo - roasted pork. It's found anywhere in Spain, but the funny thing is that the best cochinillo I have ever had was here in the Canaries, and not on the peninsula! The crackling was very crisp and the flesh was flavourful.

Is that a cockroach, or a small dog?
