It was pretty obvious no Japanese tour groups were in town because we had easy access to this corner of the first souvenir shop we ventured into. Had a busload been in town, Fraulein Maria would've had peace sign flashing teenagers flanked on either side of her.

It was another night of hacking and wheezing on my part. I'm fine all day but as soon as I lay down I start coughing. It must be the down or feathers in the comforters.
