Off Limits

Back when only US Military personnel had access to the bunkers, they were able to head down these steps from the Skytop Walker Hotel if and when the people at the hotel gave them permission to visit. Back in the 1980's when Gail and I would tour the area, there were many "Keep Out - US Government Property" signs all over the hillside below that military recreational hotel. I was able to peer into one of the ventilation shafts but was afraid to go much farther lest the CIA or NSA whisk me away to a secret detention center for spying.

It was another night of hacking and wheezing on my part. I'm fine all day but as soon as I lay down I start coughing. It must be the down or feathers in the comforters.
