We left Denver a little late this morning, since I found myself sleeping a little longer then expected. We elected not to go to Goblin Valley, but Arches National Park instead. We're in Moab, UT right now. We drove down Rt 70 out of Denver, and drove the Rimrock Road in Colorado National Monument before heading out to here. The road was slow and windy, right near the edge of the canyon with little in the way of guardrails. I'm kinda glad I wasn't in the passenger seat. We stopped at several of the overlooks and took pictures:







We intended to Camp in Arches NP, but they were full-up. So we found a nearby campground and got a cabin (which had power, wi-fi and AC). Then we'll head the rest of the way to the Bay area tomorrow, after driving up through Arches...
