We managed to get to Fremont a little before 2:00 this morning. We thought Moab was a pretty nice little town. It sort of reminded me of a desert version of Lake Placid, NY, up in the Adirondacks. We left Moab around 8:00 AM, drove up through Arches National Park, and then we headed out around 10:00. Pictures from Arches:

After leaving there, we drove across the UT, then across Rt50 in Nevada. The route was pretty lonely, going for miles and miles without seeing much of anything. We did stop somewhere along the middle so Ian could take pictures of storm clouds. Aside from that and gas stops, we pretty much trucked right on through till we got here.
