Camping with the Twins on Lake Livingston We met mom and dad in Brenham, and picked up Chris and Ben Thursday night so we could load the truck and head out to Lake Livingston State Park Friday morning. With the threat of rain, we tried to plan options so we could avoid setting up or taking down the campsite in the rain. We had everything ready Thursday night, and Friday morning we did get on the road about 10:15. Rain was a big threat, so we packed the truck so rain would not get clothes, food, etc. wet.
