We endured multiple rainstorms and flooding throughout the area while camping Memorial Day Weekend at this park. It's a very nice State Park even given all of the tremendous storms and showers. The park was complete with RV & Tent sites, camp stores, boat ramps, showers/bathrooms, and the biggest lake I've seen thus far in Texas. :-) We were going to stay the whole weekend, but flooding by our tent site prevented us from staying any longer. We caught numerous perch from the lake, and we were warned that alligators were present in the lower lying bank areas, and farther away from most areas where the campers were. It's a great park and definitely one worth checking out.
