Well as the title says....it is getting to be about that time again for me to start my travels. This is a big one for me. On August 23rd ( 2 months from this past Saturday) I will be boarding a plane to head back to Mexico, Guanajuato to be exact. I was nervous about Cuernavaca, but I am 100 times more nervous about this trip. No travel partner, just me, leaving my family, friends, and well my life for 4 months to do something I've never done and no one in my family has ever done. So we are on the offical count down!! 2 more weeks. Actually - 2 more weeks from now, at this exact time, we will be sitting in the GSP Airport waiting to board the plane within 30 mins. Here is a basic overview of our days in Romania. Friday Oct 13: This is the day we land in Budapest. We are tired and full of energy all at the same time. We have to hang in there we have a 5 hour drive! Of course we will eat a nice meal on the road. Saturday Oct 14: meet with the team to set up our construction and VBS projects. It is 105 days until we leave for Romania!! Or 3 months, 13 days Or 9,072,600 seconds Or 151,200 minutes Or 2520 hours Or 15 weeks Can you tell I am excited?! I am getting really excited because are getting ready to order our plane tickets!! What excitement! It really sucks because of the cost of gas, airline ticket prices keep going up! Also, the weight limit on our luggage keeps going down. That just doesnt seem fair. But anyway, what can you do, but PRAY?! So here is whats happening! Currently in Romania, they are having Camp Joy.
