Hey guys, So I'm finally in Germany. I've actually been here for a while, but the internet situation in Weimar is a little complicated. For the first two days of my trip I stayed with two friends--Mark and Matt--at Mark's grandparents' house in Pirmasens (kind of close to Frankfurt, but right on the French border). They didn't speak any English, so I got a good German warm-up. After that I took a series of trains to get to Weimar. Usually the system is punctual and easy to figure out, but our train into Frankfurt was late, and we only had four minutes to make the next one.
