Hey guys, hmmm what has happened in the last few days. Our night out in La Fortuna was really fun with the Ticos from the hot springs. They picked us up when they got off work and we went out dancing at some club all night. Let's just say the next day wasn't too productive, a lot of lying around and eating. It was nice not to have to pay for anything though, yeah free drinks! We left La Fortuna yesterday morning for a long day of travel. The bus ride from La Fortuna to San Ramon was really pretty, it went up through the mountains and got nice and cool for a while. Britany left Natalie and I in San Ramon and she is now off to Guatemala for more Spanish school. Natalie and I ... read more

... read more

Ok so first of all my apologies for not getting this up sooner! Especially you Adam who left a message on the blog totally outraged! Also, this is my last post involving Frank and Mike so I have to do my ode to them as well (well some good pictures anyways). We had a great New Years Eve, Frank showed up filthy as a rat (sorry but you looked rough buddy) on Dec 30th, and like the rest of us, wandered out of nowhere up to Dev, Michelle, Dani & Jords casa (it was the only place we had accurate directions to) and moments later, just as expected he was in the pool with his speedo. That night we took it pretty easy, saving ourselves for the big New Years Even night. Can´t remember what we ... read more

Well folks I'm trying to do a big blog update today! My apologies for not getting something out more Christmas related, closer to Christmas! First of all, I'm excited to anounce that I have a camera again! So from Costa Rica onward I will have photo's for everyone! Once Frank shows up here for New Years with all the photo's from the mosquito coast and the corn islands I will go back and add lots of those for you to see. Ryan and John and I arrived here on December 23rd, met Jordan, Devon, Michelle and Danielle. We had a big Christmas eve with lots of sharads (literally) in which Ryan expected us to somehow act out Tomato aspec. Apprently it's Christmas related. Big tradition. Was pretty funny acting out christmas related items, traditions etc. Especially ... read more

Hello, Kia Ora, hola, yo hope everyone is safe and well, its been a little while since my last blog mostly due to a case of cant be bothered. Still loving Costa Rica after almost 8 weeks and am not looking forward to leaving in 11 days. I skipped the Guatamala trip to spend those two weeks here. Since Nicaragua ive mostly been chilling out, hanging with buddies, beaching it up and working with Las Tinajas making the new indoor table sets. Kinda feel like ive settled into life here again. Russ is down from Canada with his lovely wahine Kim, was a great surprise catch up in Tamarindo last weekend with a good night of dancing and trying some local spirits. Kim and Kat had a shopping session with nothing but womans intuition to guide ... read more

First of all to those who dont know I spent the year 2000 in Costa Rica as an exchange student through AFS. For those that do know, know that ive been hanging out every since to return... The past three days have brought back so many memories and reminded me how much I love this country, there is definatly a natural mystic blowing in the air here. Its crazy how many people and friends ive met up with again without any numbers or contacts. Funny how the world works. Anyways, after arriving on the bus in Liberia from San Jose at about 9pm tuesday night (after ... read more
