Visionary indeed I had wondered if Bournville in Birmingham had been the first village of this kind but Port Sunlight came before, truly beautiful place to live but reckon that house prices might not be cheap!
Closed Mondays.... I had to chuckle... I just had a similar experience in Tokyo. After walking around in circles, following directions from my ever so smart phone, and helpful - if not always correct - shopkeepers and a ploceman, I finally found myself outside of the Shitamachi Museum and find it closed. If only I'd had a friendly Mammoth to keep me company.

Its me ....................... I told it was good . It came second to Chatsworth in a national competition to find th the favourite place people went to . I think it should have won and was robbed . I love it and Jen does too. Her dad used to scrump apples from over the walls when he was a little boy.
I hadn't ..... ..... realized how many artists where from the area having looked into the Liverpool and Birmingham music in the past I had completely ignored Manchester, this will be rectified on the next visit there.
