It's very different Haven't had a chance to experience Kathmandu but Thamel is a different experience especially compared to India, the people are wonderful and have been so good to us while Zoe has been poorly
Hate being sick at any time We all hate being sick but this has really knocked Zoe around, she's nearly back to fighting fit, just gets tired a bit more quickly at the moment
Baby steps So glad to hear Zoe is doing better. Those germs seem to be quite nasty ones, and it's very lucky that you and the woolly one haven't been struck down too. Safe travels.
Being sick sucks! Poor Zoe. It's bad enough being that sick at home, much less when you're travelling. Hope Zoe was feeling much better by the next day and managed to make the flight. Sending you some virtual chicken soup :)
Both would have been amazing Not sure Woolly would have coped with sunset as well! It's an amazing place and the light changed so many times in the hours we were there, stunning

I have scaled castle walls, walked in the footsteps of Roman Emperors and Maharajah's, climbed mountains, contemplated caverns, caves and canyons and attempted the Le Mans 24 hour race on a skateboard! Whether it be climbing a Minaret in Mostar, Paddling in the Arabian Sea, Scaling mountains in Kotor, Feeding chickens in France or Catching trains in India, not... full info

We didn't love Kathmandu
Nepal was beautiful but we didn't love this town. We called it crapmandu.
