wow---what a trip
Hi Randi and Quinn---Those are quite the little bugs and lizards that you are playing with in the sand. What happens if you step on one of those crabs and you don't know that they are there. Do they hug your little toes and have a feast? I have been busy with Christmas piano recitals---my last one happening today and then I can get into the festivities of Christmas in true style with a glass of wine in hand. I am enjoying your blogs soooooooo much. I think of you two often and always get so excited when your next chapter of your travels comes on my screen. well you were right! everythings going pretty decent here i guess. just been working lots so far. and yea, oonly a couple more weeks until i go to bc. Just have to get my board fixed cause mission ridge murdered it the first and only ride of the season. what a mistake that was hah oh and ps, your friend Joppe looks like he'd be the coolest guy ever to hang out with. just sayin hah i think i'd get along well with that fella

Grandma called and said that your pictures were coming through, Good too see as we have not seen anything since Nov,25th. It looks warmer there as it is freezing rain tonight. Four feet of snow on the East coast two weeks ago, Not too good down in Ontario today. Highway 402 shut down and military are in there helping out. You picked a good winter to go traveling. Not missing the weather I bet. See you on your next update. Lots of love,mom

I can feel the sand and sun!
It is so fun to be able to live this experience with you!. I could actually visualize myself being the one taking your pictures on the beach with the sand between my toes, too! I had a beautiful weekend of holiday cocktail parties and functions. Talked to my daughter Leah last week for her birthday and found out she's moving from Toronto back to Montreal. I love the way your generation makes decisions to live your life to the fullest!

Hi Randi and Quinn-- Good to hear from you. From your pictures it looks a little warmer where you are compared to here. Snow on ground, frost on trees(that is actually quite pretty) and at times a bit cool. Harvey and I took care of Deagan and James last weekend. We made cookies, read stories, went for truck rides and slept when they slept. They are busy cute, little people. And yes, the Roughriders are in the Grey Cup. Not sure if I will watch it or not---I always feel that if I watch it, I am going to jinx the game. It could be interesting considering that both teams were in the Grey Cup last year. Think of both you often---wondering what adventure you are seeing and experiencing. Be safe. Love you. Marilyn

Hey!!! I see you're near the world's most active volcano....Cotopaxi (I think!!) Are you going there? That would be amazing. So Quito is quite inland. Will you be going to the coast and if so where? God..I have so many questions...lmao And the most important question..... is their beer good and is it cheap? lol See that's how I plan my travels...cheapest beer...here I come!!! Love ya tons!!
