Hi Quinn & Randi If you have not connected yet, you should go to the east coast to where you will be staying. Nancy will put the address on computer if you do not have it. She gave the address to us also. Am confident all will work out. Moved all the boat dock stuff up to high lawn last tuesday, water almost to top of half;barrels for geraniums. Wind is getting up, and will be very high tomorrow from the north so hope the ice does not get to us. Not much left but still lots out in middle of lake. Hi guys...its harder for me to look at your blog now..its changed!! stupid dial-up...lol We had a fantastic time in Cuba, it was very relaxing and got to spend quality time with my bestie..Penny..lol Your pictures are just beautiful..looks like you're having an amazing time. I'm sure you're really excited to meet up with Quinns parents..it will be great for you to finally be with some family after all these months!!! What an exciting time
I am on my way over to Don & Cyndy's to wish them a wonderful trip...after 4 hours of phoning at Ray Boughen's campaign office. I'll be working from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM on Monday for Elections Canada. We are so fortunate in Canada to have the freedoms that other countries are dying for! I'll be looking after Vader while your mom and dad are with you, but I'm going to pick him up tomorrow morning, as Don & Cyndy want to still have him for tonight. I'm off to the Royal Wedding at 3:00 AM to be televised Friday morning at the Hotel Sask. I'll be wearing a fancy hat, enjoying a cup of tea and some scones with Devonshire cream! Life just keeps on getting more and more exciting. Benn will be starting on my back deck this coming week. As the eccentric Aunt, I guess I'll need to make Flapper pie (he doesn't strike me as enjoying raw spinach in his blueberry smoothies like Andrea and Alexa do!). Sending all my love, Nancy

HI GRANDMA AND GRANDPA
That is sad to hear about Grandpa not feeling well... we send him lots of hugs and get better thoughts!!! xoxoxox See... we sent them already! Good to hear that the snow is starting to go away, we can not say that we have missed it. We missed skiing, and having a white xmas... but thats it! It is about 20 degrees here, and after south africa and northern africa that seems chilly for us. It makes us laugh because if it were 20 at home we would be at the lake already.. hahaha We will miss not being with you all for turkey dinner... and even sadder to think we cant have any of your 3 ribbon jelly fruit salad! If we were there, we would help you with the potatos grandma! :) Thats nice about your new TV too... we are jealous, we will have to show you our trip pictures and videos on that when we come back! We even have the cords to do it! :) We are getting very excited to see mom´s and dad´s. It is funny because we will have Mom findlay for mothers day and dad miller for fathers day! We think that is nice. Keep us posted about the lake and everything else. Tell grandpa to feel better and we love and miss you both VERY much! updating the update
Hi Randi & Quinn Tomorrow is good friday holiday for turkey at the Findlays so I am making my three ribbon fruit jelly salad that I have not made in hundreds of years because it is too much work but I had forgotten. It takes all day to make. Grandpa came down with the usual cold that he gets last night so is laid up in front of the new HD TV he got last month. Lots of whales, bugs,fish,coral & animals to watch so he wont notice how miserable he feels. No doubt he will miss out on the birthday party the kids plan on having for him tomorrow that he does not know about. That is not til mid May but there are hopes he will be farming by then. We went out to the lake on tuesday. Every where around the cabin deep in snow. Ice covers lake. Probably go out again on Saturday as it is warming up and snow pretty near gone in Regina & countryside. We also took the snow tires and snow blower out to the farm and to a farm auction sale north of Sedley so no wonder Glenn is not feeling well. It means I will have to peel the potatoes for the dinner tomorrow that he always does. We are tired of winter and I ame sure the U kids will be glad exams are over. Appreciate where you are. Orders from grandma. Love.

HI GRANDMA AND GRANDPA
That is so funny, we were talking about writing you guys and then when we went to write we got your messages. We love LOVE hearing from you guys and miss you both soooo much. We are very excited that mom and dad findlay are coming.. 10 sleeps.. we cant wait. Are you guys taking care of Vader while they are gone. I (Randi) wish that it was easier for him to travel so that we could see him hahaha... As for my parents, we decided to go to the Dominican.. punta cana. We had 10 days all priced out for Mallorca spain, but then flight were not working out so well and it was getting more and more expensive so we looked to see what other options we had and we found 2 weeks all inclusive at a 4 star resort in punta cana dominican republic for cheaper then 10 day in spain. So we thought with my parents flight to spain (16 hours and multiple airplanes) it would be easier for us to go to punta cana... only 9 hours direct. We are also very excited for that break.. an all inclusive will be nice after alomost 7 months of travelling. :) Right now we are in Valencia Spain and it is spring here.. sometimes a little chilly, but most often comfortable and sunny! We are just kind of taking it easy until we meet up with dad and mom findlay, because we have been a little bit sick and dont want to be tired at all when mom and dad´s come! :) We dont like hearing problems with the water at the cabins, hopefully everything works out and the nice warm sun comes soon. We hope you have fun this weekend at your events and we will be posting egypt pics and the remainder of our south africa pictures soon.. we got a little bit behind. Computers are not always working too well for posting pictures, but the computer we use here in valencia works well and should be no problem. we hope to hear from you soon, we think about and miss you both ALL the time and everytime we have wine time.. we wish you were both with us. how are you both doing other then that? I bet you are excited for summer to come, even tho that means alot of work for grandpa! We will be thinking happy thoughts for the farming for you guys this year. We wish we could be there for warren and megans wedding, but we will be thinking of you guys. LOTS of love and missing you lots, Randi and Quinn xoxoxoxoxo

Hi Quinn & Randi. Sent a message , then pressed wrong button and wont go through. Excited that your parents will be with you soon in Italy & France. We were at WIT annual meeting in Weyburn on Friday, and the 50th anniversary of the Fillmore Lions club on Sat. The ice is stillon the lake ,flooding over the dam and worry that the water may rise 6 feet. We will probably go out next Thurs. to see how bad it is but dont know what we can do other than put Cyndys frig in the boathouse up on blocks. Think of you often, so glad you are having a successful travel. Lots & lots of love to you both from grandma & grandpa.

Italy
Hi Guys, What about April 30- May 14th? Resort is on the East side of Italy across from Rome. Time shares are hard to get as all booked but this came open. Temp will be 60- 70. Place is called Residence I Delfini Di Pugsobhiuso overlooking the Bay of Portopiatto in the national park of Gargano. The address is Porto Platto Pugnochiuso , town of Vieste. Closest airport is Bari which is 90 miles from resort or the train at Foggia that is 40 miles to resort. The location is at the spur of Italy above the ankle part of the boot. I wanted further north to make connections easier but there was not any available time share. Will this work as we need to make air bookings ? Car rentals ,etc. Call or email. Love Mom PS - It would help to know before cut off date for air miles for flights, also before mid April, so before you get to Spain.

Italy
We need to talk. Today is Sat. April 2. Can you try a call anytime. Let it ring 5 times and if we do not pick up try again. What does April 30 to May 14 th look like for Italy? This was the only time available as Italy is not easy to book with time share on short notice. It is a long way from Spain and does this give you enough time to fly to Naples airport ?(3 hours to location) or Bari airport ?( 1 1/2 hour drive) or Rome airport (4-5 hour). Location is on the spur of the boot near Vieste. If anything happens to our time and schedule we have 48 hours to cancel and anything is possible to happen as we explore this timing for us. Mom

We really are having so much fun! Itlay, we are thinking mid may... but if you guys were going to come meet us ( WHICH WOUL BE SOOO AWESOME) we can plan around you guys coming. We come into spain mid april and we leave from poland on the 24th of june.. so any time between then :) we would come to you guys! :) As for the phone, they only have cell phones, does the number work for cell phones? we miss you and love you lots. Hi There, Where were you fishing and what fishes are out along the African coast? Sorry to hear also that you got sick - must have inherited that from your mom. How small or big was the boat and what did you see while scuba. We went night scuba in Hawaii to see the Manta Rays. they can be 8-20 feet across from wing to wing span. The ones we saw were babies and 8 feet. They knew right where we were sitting on the 35 foot depth lava rock as we were not to wear the snorkle as it would hit the manta ray as it swam over our heads. The one came at me straight on with it's mouth open (2 or more feet wide). IT then sweeps up in a summer sault and comes at you again. Very beautiful and smooth with gills under it's belly. We were all holding flashlights above our heads as they like to eat the plankton. The helicopter ride was also wonderful to get into the valleys, waterfalls and volcano bubbling lava. We landed near a remote waterfall, had a swim and lunch. Was on mom's birthday. We miss the smell of the flowers, the humidity and the heat. It is starting to melt and lots of ice and water. Vader is getting ice balls in his paws while walking and a little dirty. We have new neighbors to the west.. I think they are Mexican and they are coming over next week for dessert and coffee so we can get to know them. Looking forward to your next message as I think you are doing very well finding computers. I would not think it is easy. You both take care and thinking of you often. Love Mom and Dad
