Yay! Hey Sarah- So great to hear the details of Alisa and D Rays wedding. It sounds awesome! I love PR and have even thought of living and working there part time. When you go again you MUST check out Vieques! One of the best beaches I've ever seen. The diving didn't compare to Honduras, though I've found nothing does, Colombia either.
Very interesting but sad story I really enjoyed your story about the turtles. We are living in Tegucigalpa right now and wanted to see the turtles hatch and run for the sea, but it doesn't sound like there will be very many running for the sea. How sad that people are so short sighted, but every lempira is dear to them.
You are very interesting I started reading your blog because I'm interested in working with NCL as a singer or youth counselor but found my self more interested in you in general you have a lovely poem on here about being a teacher and artist . I usually don't read or follow blogs but I would love to follow yours keep writing :-)
Enjoy the rest of your trip Have enjoyed reading your blogs now that we are home - just printed them out for Dad to read
Got a kick out of the parts where the "old ladies" had to rest and put their feet up!
Love you!
Fun reading It was fun to read your blog about El Salvador. I am from there but moved to Michigan twelve years ago and I have not been back since. So reading your blog made me feel like I was there. Thank you for sharing.
Whistler is heaven! I told you it was breathtaking! I LOVE Whistler. It's so surreal to think that it is in our Country!!!
I'm so glad you are having a good time! xoxo
Sounds great It all sounds wonderful! Relaxing and fun at the same time.
Do you have some allergy stuff to take before getting on the horse tomorrow?
Love Mom
Fleeting visit Our brief visit with you in Roatan was enjoyable in every way, albeit the time passed much too quickly. Roatan is beautiful, as are you. Your mother and I raised a fine, young woman. And we are very proud of that. We consider ourselves so very fortunate (blessed) to be able to link up like that. Sending all our love, now and always, DAD XXX OOO. Godspeed, Sarah.
Awesome Aww man... wish I were there right now! Sounds like a great trip. I was wondering if you'd see Michelle. That Sundowners sign must be new. Fun!
It started with a year teaching in Honduras. Then it was home to the COLD winter of Canada to try and pay off some debts, followed by sailing the seas with Norwegian Cruise Lines, working as a youth counsellor.
Next it was back to Honduras, teaching in a school in Tegucigalpa!
Now, I am home in Canada but continue traveling.
Thanks for joining me on my journey!
