Banff to Jasper Ah how I remember driving along that stretch of road one summer and going "oh look another mountain" every time you turned the corner. Looks even more impressive with some snow around.

Actually ... I've heard Zion is the highlight of Utah, Arches is simply more popular ;) (speaking as someone who has been to Arches and Capital Reef, but never Zion - wow! The trail sounds like well worth it). The others would have all blended together after a while anyhow. Great photos - thanks for sharing!
Yours was a very respectable introduction to the West... and do not have to feel guilty about not having been to other tick off locations. As you say, you now have an excuse to come back. Thanks for allowing us to follow your journey and relive our own experiences at each of these parks. I even appreciated your comments about Americans.
So many wonderful photos You have visited some very beautiful parts of the world in this blog. Thanks for taking photos from Angels Landing and allowing me to see the view, as there is no way I could tackle any climb with such yawning drops on both sides.
yellowstone park Yellowstone national park is a really good place for visiting purpose. you can enjoy summer there by joining any camp there. wild life and awesome views are so attracting.

Banf ff Gary, Penny, Wow, gotta go to that caravan park to feel young again.. Seems a common theme world wide.. Always wanted to go to Banf ff ever since F Troop were chasing the burglar from Banf ff.. Your my vintage so hope you recall that.. Anyway, looks like your both having a fantastic time. Gary, just back from 2 month stay at Pitstop.. Ahh living the dream.. Take care Greg
Gary and Penny, from the beginning... Again. Round the world for a year in 07 and we've decided it's time once more. So packing up the house, the jobs, selling the cars and up up and away, this time with no return ticket and no fixed itinerary. A smidgin reckless, sure, but what the hell. May as well indulge in a few passions before the last great journey in who knows when.
Stay tuned and please stay in contact, cause whilst we love seeing what the rest of the world has to offer, we also love receiving news from home base.... full info
