Yemen Wonderful! Your photos of Yemen were amazing... I'm from Brazil and had lived there for four months, 3 years ago. It was a unique experience, and seeing your pictures made me miss that place.
Congratulations!
teaching in yemen I had the same incredible experience last February and March. Such a wonderful people and destination, but difficult for western women to travel about easily.
appreciation Wow! Awesome pics. Thank you for letting me see up close what I have not yet been able to see in person. I do not know if I could travel like this though I would love to. Looking at your pictures felt soothing to my spirit, thank you so much for sharing. I would like to follow all the blogs on this site. I just found travelblogs tonight and I am addicted.

PL Just for the record, there is no city called Wroklow in Poland. As far as i know there's Wroclaw ,used to be called Breslau by the nazi bastards.By the way ,i would strongly recommend you to get familiarize with Polish history before sharing your impressions, opinions and remarks regarding Poland with others.
Locks in Pecs There is an old tradition that lovers put a locks to that place and afther that throw away the key.
In this way - according to the tradition - their love will live forever...
yummy Very funny travelogue. I have an Ecuadorian friend, a sophisticated professional woman. She eats guinea pig regularly and so does her family - it's not just for tourists. Tastes like chicken.
nicely written. I like reading anything about my home country. And those white socks... I have to do research on it :-)
By the way I prefer Slovensky Raj than Cronulla :-)

Your blog is a joy to read; I really love your style of writing! I was in Turkey this summer in Istanbul, Cappadoccia and also the south coast around Fethiye. Unfortunately I hadn't started writing a blog at that point though. The pictures are also fantastic.
:) Beautiful, ...just beautiful review!
I was planning to make a quick dash to Damascus for 24 hours at the end of this month, but now I wonder if it's the best idea.
Completely forgot about Crac des chevaliers, I know it's a must see. Not to mention Palmyra.
In any case, whether it is for 24 hours now, or several days next month, I know it will be great.
Thank you for your presentation:)
Second 1/2 part Macedonia have Visa regime only with few countries, but almost every country have visa regime to Macedonia.Difference is that You need to go in Macedonian ambasy everywhere and ask for Visa, but for us Macedonians VISA process is real torture...You can not imagine...
I invite You to visit Macedonia in future and as Macedonian I apologize for Your bad expirience.

Pecs I have been to Pecs Hungary and absolutely loved it!!!! So quaint and atmospheric. The Turkish architecture mixed with the Baroque sytle of buildings was lovely. I especially enjoyed the tree-lined street leading from the Four-Tower Church to the Sechenyi Square.
I loved the cuisine and the music fesitvals both there and in the capital city of Budapest.

Couldnt believe that you were not using your Nikon D 200 but a Canon Ixux. The photos are really well and definitely much above the standards of travelblog site. LOL. wonder what pics the SLR would have brought. Cheerio.
Etretat question I have been to these places, and I cannot find any info on what WW2 action, happened at Etretat. Does anyone have some specific info? ie, what allied forces where there? I saw german bunkers with battle scars but no idea who was there during the war besides the german troops.
Stalking - the TRUE story Bonita and Adrian, do tell!! Or whoever else is out there....We do know there is more than one side to a story - ex Hossegor house mates.
Gary and Penny, from the beginning... Again. Round the world for a year in 07 and we've decided it's time once more. So packing up the house, the jobs, selling the cars and up up and away, this time with no return ticket and no fixed itinerary. A smidgin reckless, sure, but what the hell. May as well indulge in a few passions before the last great journey in who knows when.
Stay tuned and please stay in contact, cause whilst we love seeing what the rest of the world has to offer, we also love receiving news from home base.... full info
