Love your pics! You have some wonderful pictures and envy that you have been able to travel the world! I am hoping to do that someday, hopefully someday soon!
$60 for root canal Even $60 is a high price at a high end Dentist. Else, it costs just $20 - 30 at the most in India. And for heaven's sake, you dont have to doubt about the quality of treatment. They are as good as you would find any where.

How long did it take you to get to BDT Hi There, please email me kali@lightbeings.com I am going to CR in November and want to explore Bocas Del Toro too. How long does it take to get there from Puerto Viejo? I am wondering if we should drive or take a water taxi. Thanks for your help and blog!
gr8 work it was a excellent peice of blogging and travelling. With slightly better planning you could have enjoyed india, may-june are the months in which even the locals in india do not prefer travelling in heat. Nov-dec are the best months to travel. And places like Goa and kerala are a must visit.
( Remm this whn u travel next)

another fellow travel returning home Hey just wanted to say that your photos are beautiful! I was just checking out other people's travel blogs and yours caught my eye. Hope you had a good trip, I know I did, just got back last night. Can't wait to be off on another adventure again soon!
keep on keepin on Hey! So, I am glad you made it through your travels safely. I am bummed that I won't have more travels to read, but thanks for taking us all along this time.
wow So I've been reading your blogs for ahwile and have found myself rather addicted by your travel stories. Looked like a blast- I'm going to have to find something new to occupy my time
same India After reading your blog on Varanasi I'm happy to know that after 25 years it is the same India in the most essential ways. I'm going back this year and taking someone with me. You echo my sentiments from my first trip. It is a hard place to be but so worth being there.
How many legs? Hey Chris --
Count the legs of the camel in the picture of the boy leading the camel... it doesn't quite add up. Either that's one special camel or there is another camel behind it, hidden almost completely!

drinking temp My girl (from malaysia) tells me that its better to drink warm/hot water is better in desert like temps. The reason why is because it takes your body less engery to process the water. The same is true for very cold water. People who are trying to lose weight should drink only very cold water because it takes your body more energy (and heat) to process the water.
Great pics chris, Ill send you more info about Istanbul turkey in a little bit. peace - Timmy
The bloggers you met in Varanasi Glad you somehow enjoyed Rajasthan despite your health problems. We have read all your blogs and found a lot of similarities to our own experiences. We are now in Nepal and will be in Tibet soon. I must say that being in Pokara after India is like being in Paradise (very similar to some Austrian lake resorts)
Have fun and take care

Hi Schwalm! Glad you had fun on the camel, sounds interesting to say the least. Good luck with the tooth, I will be thinking of ya! Happy Memorial Day.....Keri - Keri Roberts
Travelling is a passion of mine and I think it is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I got interested in other cultures at a young age when I visited a friend in Egypt. I did a few months trekking around Europe after college. Then a few years later I went for a year long solo trip around the world. That was sooooo amazing (the bulk of these blogs are from that trip). Since then I met an amazing woman (Haley) and she and I try to visit at least one new country a year (more like 2). Check out my stuff, I hope you enjoy it.
...get out there and experience the world!... full info
