I sleep well though it is too cold at one point so I put a sweater and socks on. I wake to a message from Jasmine saying wake up I want to go the beach which was what I had suggested the night before. I get dressed and we head to the beach and sit in the ocean talking for a good hour before heading back. At the air bnb Stephen is ready so I jump in the shower then pack my bags while Jasmine showers. Once we are ready we load up the car then head to get breakfast. I forgot to spray my bed so the biter is at me again. I put socks, leggings and a hoodie on but he still leaves a line of bites on my face. I wake up not slept and grumpy when Deysha wakes me. I go down and my phone seems to be working but the case is missing. I search everywhere through breakfast but with no luck. Who steals a phone case but its the only explanation. My mood is not improved. We head to the bus station and Deysha buys me a coffee to cheer me up. Horrible, horrible nights sleep. As expected there was a mosquito in bed with me and new bites arrived every few minutes; feet, face, hands. I got up twice to have a cold shower to relieve the itch. Nightmare. Breakfast is fried eggs, omelette, French toast. I ask if there are any no egg options he says they can do toast with cinnamon and sugar. He adds Cucumber and tomato because he feels like my plate looks empty; it is but I appreciate the thought. I eat breakfast with Emma and two English girls from Norwich. They are planning to go the beach so I join them for a few hours as they say there is shade. I am up early because my plan for today means getting to the other hostel and dropping my bags by 930 latest. I go for breakfast only to find its not until 830 so I have to wait. I start eating dead on 830 and get myself a selection of cakes, bread, cheese, sausages and a lot of watermelon. I have some very weak coffee and once I am full I put one bag, my laptop one, in storage and the other I take to the hostel. The owner is sat out front as promised and shows me up to where I can leave my bags. There is a group sitting round eating breakfast but nobody really acknowledges me. There is no curtains so I am awake with the sun but I manage to doze an hour or so longer. I get up at 9, shower and head to the mosque. I have found a free walking tour at 10 but it has no reviews so I’m not sure if it is legitimate or not. I ask at a pharmacy and shop about buying a hair elastic as mine is missing and the owner gives me one, like one Ellie has in bright orange and he won’t charge me which is kind. I wait for the tour but noting materialises so I wander round hitting most of the sites myself.
