Hope Pete is OK. I am glad you are having a great trip. I am so sorry you inadvertently stumbled on the "clothing optional beach". It must have been very stressful for Pete. I hope Pete got out of there quickly before getting a heart attack or something.

We hope to visit our 3 kids in WA at Christmas and are thinking of flying into Sydney and driving to Melbourne and then catching a plane to Perth. If all goes well we will try and call in on the way!😊

Good old Oldham Hi Elaine, we have had two really hot days in New York so today we left our warm jackets in the Airbnb and what a mistake that was it is freezing now so we have camped in MacDonalds just off Broadway and sipping our coffees very slowly until our musical matinee starts. Everything has gone amazingly well so far. See you soon😀

It looks like you are having a good trip. I am working on my Australian and New Zealand slang and wanted to confirm was "Pokies" are? I assume they are slot machines but I wanted to confirm. I want to impress my friends and use that term the next time I am in a casino.

Hervey Bay I am a bit late getting back to you. We have been so busy. Off to Cairns tomorrow, then back for another house sit in Hervey Bay, then one in Brisbane and then back to NZ for the summer. We have the motorhome on the market and will either buy a small car or much smaller camper van to replace it if it sells!!!! You are always welcome in NZ.
Note We are good here.Neil got a good report last week with his health.We have no cancer any were so the scans and M.R.I say.The weather is cold some slept around with cold wind.
Neil went back to work yesterday.Neil has to go to the Drs once aweek to have the head checked out.

Hervey Bay Hi, Sorry for the late response. We have been so busy. Off to Cairns tomorrow. We will be back in Brisbane on 27 September for a 5 week house sit so hope we can catch up. Someone in Ipswich is keen to look at the motorhome as it is now advertised for sale. We will keep in touch. Glad to hear that Neil is doing fine.
Hello you 2! Lovely to receive your updates & great to hear about your travels. We are planning on doing a similar trip next year. We are on the road just now in the Motorhome & are currently in Greece. We’ve been around the Peloponnese & are now in the north. We’ve been away for 2 months & have 1 more month left before heading back to Scotland. Great hearing from you! Regards to Pete! Glad he’s getting some cheap beers-shame about the wine for you. Hervey Bay, Queensland Hi Ian and Sooz, Lovely to hear from you. We are so embarrassed! We will blame it on our age. Did we meet you in San Sebastian? I could bluff this and pretend that I remember you but we are both scratching our heads and frustrated that we can't remember where we met you. I remember you were a lovely couple and we had a few laughs. Would you be able to send us a photo of your van and a photo of you both. We are in Aus at the moment and I quite possibly may have a card that you may have given me with a photo of yourselves but that would have been left back in NZ. Do you do a blog? We want to go to Greece next year and would love any information or tips on what to see and do there.
Note We are well.Neil has been in hospital more surgery on his head.More biosbys,get results on .Thursday.Not much rain in this area.I baby sit the grandchildren twice aweek.Justine works 20hours aweek.We hoping to go to Townsville in June /may to see the children.
