I agree with your characterizations of Mr. X... and could add a few additional words. Anyway, it's great that you were able to meet former colleagues again, and to have coffee with TBer Jo Trouble. We enjoyed getting together with her when we were in Auckland. I've posted your picture in the Travel Album...where TB get togethers are posted.
greetings Dear Elton, i wish you a very nice flight. Remember there will always be people who will disappoint you with their behaviour. People will envy you because of your adventurous spirit. Man, you travel around the world while some never leave thier home town! Just Ignore those pittyful individuals. Look forward with your head held high. A big hug from the whole family! Tot gauw, Neyca
The colleagues" king! I think you had the perfect job--now you have colleagues for meet-ups everywhere--how fun. Your photos are great as usual, and I'd really like to try that luge ride--what fun!
Happy traveling It looks like U had an interesting time there at the hotel. Certainly great to see more people from Curacao traveling all over the World. Have a great week and travel on! xoxo
Congratulations! Saying goodby seems to be the hardest part of traveling, but then there are the hellos that make it so fun. It looks as if you made a lot of great friends there and even got to ski! Congratulations on staying for eight months to earn lots of money for further travels. I've heard New Zealand is pretty amazing, so I look forward to your adventures there. Best wishea!

I'm Elton, from the island of Curaçao (Southern Caribbean) where I was born, raised and currently living. I grew up in a local neighbourhood just west of Otrobanda in Willemstad. I speak Papiamentu, Dutch, Spanish, English, regular Italian and a little German. Curaçao is a small but unique Island. It's not the typical Caribbean island with just sun and beaches. It has a rich and interesting history and culture. The capital, Willemstad, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Visit Curaçao . com ... full info
