Rio De Janeiro and carnaval - first encounter with South America

Going off to Chile to study for 5 months in the harbour city of Valparaíso.
Starting of with going to the carnaval in Rio, Brazil and afterwards to the Atacama dessert in Chile!
And probably a lot more of travelling during and after studying - can't wait!
