Bruce Wyatt's 2011 Philippines and Singapore Adventure

It will be a Christmas Eve arrival at NAIA airport in Manila. Five minutes before midnight on 24 December 2011, to be exact. No matter how many times I called American Airlines over the past few months, this arrival time was the best they could give me, considering I am using miles to pay for the airfare. I am happy to be spending the holidays on vacation in a tropical climate, though. This second trip to the Philippines (the first one was in January and February 2007), will be awesome. From the Christmas weekend in Manila, to a journey along the northwest Luzon coast, to Sinulog in Cebu, to a very relaxing time among friends who live in the remote town of Anda, Bohol, I am sure this will be a trip of a lifetime. It will be so nice to see the Austria family and Surat family in San Juan, La Union, Philippines, plus Precy and her family in Cebu and Bohol. I'm looking forward to ending my vacation in Singapore. I'll be meeting up with my North Carolina friend, Pete, whose sister lives in Singapore.
