After nearly missing our flight from Chiang Mai! (We are in chill out mode from being in Thailand for so long), we arrived in Chalong to the Phuket International Youth Hostel, oh yes, our 1st experience of a proper 'Hostel'. They had booked us a room for 2 people rather than 3, and so put an extra matress on the floor, short straw to Lesley! (sorry Les!). It was late in the evening by the time we arrived (had flight from Chaing Mai to Bangkok and then another down to Phuket), so we wandered up the road to a nice place to eat as recommended by a lady we met in the hostel.
