Today was spent generally gadding about. For some reason, the hotel wouldn't let me extend my room occupation by 4 hours for ready money - they wanted me to pay for an entire day, which obviously made no financial sense to me. So they ended up with an unoccupied room earning no money, and I ended up having to spend the hours between 10PM and 1AM sitting in the mosquito-infested reception. This is what happens when you have your stupidest train departure time yet - 1:45 in the morning. Waiting at the station was even worse from a humidity and mosquito point of view and to enliven things further the train turned up an hour late.
