I arrived in Sydney mid afternoon on the Thursday and spent the afternoon just chilling out In the hostel. The following day I went out in the afternoon I walked to the botanical gardens and upto the opera house and the harbour bridge. In the evening I went out to watch the rugby at a bar but was still in bed quite early, Saturday went quite slowly I spent the morning trying to find somwhere to buy rugby tickets from. I spent the afternoon lazing around and I met two American guys Cole and Nick who were staying at the hostel we went out in the evening for a few drinks. 2-26-10 I guess Natasha wasn't too sick of us yet, we had planned to go to the beach but when we went down to meet her it was raining like crazy so we swapped our swim suite out for rain coats and headed out into the day. Natasha had her two daughters with her so I squeezed in bewtween the baby seats and laughed with Vilet the 1 year old and tried not to piss the 3 year old Cleo off too much. Due to the less than ideal weather we decided to go to Luna Park and ride some rides then do a sightseeing via car trip. Servus, Ha, das erste Bier! Da ich mir relativ unsicher war wie man hier mit Alkohol umgeht, haben wir die Bierflaschen in den Papiertüten gelassen und die Weinschorle in Trinkflaschen (von der ACU) umgefüllt. Nervös wie 15 jährige haben wir uns in den Park geschlichen und haben gemerkt das es dort noch tierisch zur Sache geht! Von angefahrenen/-gefressenen Wombats und Fledermäusen über Biker die ihre Tricks ausprobieren bis zu Mädchen mit viel zu hohen Absätzen und viel zu kurzen und viel zu engen Kleidern (dazu später noch mehr) gab es aller hand zu erleben. Bilder haben wir natürlich nicht gemacht. Weil die anderen Mädels das schon für uns übernommen haben.. naja.. Ist nichts besonderes passiert. Ich hoffe meine Worte beleben eure Phantasie zu Genüge! Ello’ mates, Good afternoon from Perth, Australia!! As I sit in the airport waiting for a plane to Brisbane I anticipate my blog will be filled with improper grammer due to the fact that Australians speak like “spasticks” as they called them also known as a retard haha..its definitely rubbing off on me. They seem to shorten everything as in university is now a uni and board shorts are swimmers or boardies ha..also everything common to me and you is called something different; such as a redneck type person is called a brogen, getting drunk is sometimes reffered to as getting on the piss, how you doing is called a how ye goin’ and a cooler is called an eski. Después de mi viaje por el sur de Australia y descubrir Melbourne y por supuesto el inolvidable Tasmania, volví a lo que en este mes llamaba casa, el mejor hostal de Sydney, vuelta a “The Original Backpackers”. El primer día ahí me encontré a Steve y al español Eric, es como si nunca me hubiera ido todo seguía igual, así que nos tomamos unas cervezas en el patio y se empezó a llenar como siempre, aparecieron luego Fabien y Eva. Comenzomos muy pronto unos cuantos a jugar al famosos juego “Yo nunca, nunca” quien haya jugado sabe que terminas bastante pedo y cogiendo mucha confianza con la gente a parte de enterarte de muchas cosas y reírte muchísimo.
