Bonjour, Nous revoila parti pour un autre séminaire de Tony Robbins: Date With Destiny. Ce séminaire durera 6 jours et se tient à Orlando Floride dans le grand hotel JW Marriot. Le voyage fut très fatiguant, nous sommes partis un peu tard de la maison (2h15) la température était difficile (gadoue, pluie, neige fondante, brouillard), nous sommes arrives a Burlington vers 5h, notre avions partait a 6h donc pas vraiment le 2h d'avance demandé. Våkner opp hver morgen og småtripper som et lite barn mot kalenderen min på spisebordet.. eller mine to kalendere:) I 1.desember-pakken fikk jeg nemlig en Ole Brumm "luke-kalender", noe som gjør at jeg nå har to gleder og se fram til hver morgen. Det er ikke annet enn fantastisk! Til nå har jeg pakket opp og fått leverpostei (som skal nytes så fort jeg kjøper brød), rødrutede grytekluter, to hårbøyler fra H&M, melkerull (NAM,NAM!) og røde julelys. I arrived in Orlando late evening, and unfortunately my drive from the airport to the Inn, was not a pleasant one. On their way our of the airport I got a migraine attack that my medicine would not cure, so in the bus ride the pain and the throbbing kept escalating. I går var det Thanksgiving her i statene og det måtte markeres når vi først er her. Hvert fall litt:) Jobben lagde mat til oss, men kunne ikke sponse mat til over hundre ansatte alene uten at vi bidro - enten med penger eller en liten matrett. Så da jobben sto for kalkunen bestemte Renathe og jeg oss for å sette i sammen en liten salat. Gjorde det enkelt og ringte mamsen og fikk oppskrift på den berømte "drue- og purresalaten". Da har jeg kjøpt en god mengde godis i vending-machin'a og er klar for komponeringen av mitt 2.. innlegg på bloggen. Når det gjelder godiset skal jeg ikke bekrefte at jeg prøver å føre en sunn livsstil, men skal vel heller ikke nekte for at jeg lever som en ekte amerikaner.. :/ Men hvem er dere til å dømme, her er jeg helt alene i det store utland og noe må jeg gjøre for å få tankene over på andre ting. Tuesday Nov 5: Epcot Our first day at the Yacht Club began with a perambulation along the pier, followed by a short boat ride to Epcot. This is Disney's attempt at a world expo, and is more interesting than it sounds. It is split into two - Futureworld and World Showcase. We spent the morning in Futureworld, which contains all the rides. Thurs Nov 6: Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure Universal Studios has two adjoining theme parks outside of the Disney compound. We started at US, where we rode The Mummy, another indoor coaster that, in addition to the normal sharp turns and plummets, also stopped and went backwards. Scared me enough to go straight back on for another ride. We loved it. Then we tried The Simpsons (a very funny coaster simulator) and Men in Black, where we had the added adventure of shooting aliens during the ride. That was it for US, just over an hour.
