Ive just returned (on the16th Dec) from an 88 day trip on a Visa Waiver to the USA , i would like to go back to the USA for 4 days over the Christmas period. Is there a certain amount of days i have to stay back in the UK before i can re enter ? will i have problems getting in again if i go on the 24th Dec?
cheers for any info
Reply to this Hi Simon. Welcome to Travelblog!
To the best of my knowledge there is no minimum stay away required before you can enter the U.S again - it seems to be almost entirely on a case by case basis, who you get at the border, etc. But the fact that you didn't overstay your visa waiver last time, have proof that you're only returning for a short trip over the holidays, rather than another extended stay, and are traveling with the British passport are all factors that work in your favor, so you are not automatically
ineligible to return.
Best of luck!

Reply to this One more little point, have your return ticket ready for inspection...as the immigration officer will be more than happy to see that you have no intention to stay another 88 days!
