TMB 2 Could it be the last?

Sensorship seemed to be the best course of action.

It's late and we are both ’walked out'. Consequently I'll publish a few pictures and mention the last 4. I will try and reblog when I feel human again.

The first one is just an error. Yes almost unbelievable but it does happen to me sometimes.

The second shows 46601 steps and the third translates that to 31 km. Right and wrong. The step count would be accurate but the total distance is approx. 18 km. Julie is playing fit bit and it is going crazy telling us we have been active for so many minutes, burnt enough calories to be virtually see through etc. the step to distance count reflects so many of the steps were so steep, up or down, that there's no way you can take real step lengths. The scary read out is our vertical distance equated to 456 fights of stairs up and 484 flights down. To put that into some kind of perspective the viewing floor on the Burg Kalifa is on floor 127, in other words we climbed that building three and half times and came down really close to four times. And that's got a lot to do with the opening sentence.

Any way enjoy the pictures and if 'schadenfreud' means anything to you it will be pretty thick on the ground.

Tomorrow is longer but not quite as much vertical meterage, not quite.

It will be interesting to see if there is a TMB 3.
