Happy Friday :-)
We have been keeping our workout schedule pretty steady these last 2 weeks! Combining with 30-50 minutes of cardio with an additional 45 of either weights and exercises for arms, legs, what have you. However, yesterday the weather was amazing, so pauline convinced me to walk up one of our mountains instead of go to the gym. I was thrilled! We walked all the way up this mountain and I have to say, my legs are hurting! It did the job. It was hot but beautiful, and not to be cliche but, the hike was worth the view! I hiked a few hours of the day and we found some cool little spots.
