Walk up to Monte Ulia

We have been keeping our workout schedule pretty steady these last 2 weeks! Combining with 30-50 minutes of cardio with an additional 45 of either weights and exercises for arms, legs, what have you. However, yesterday the weather was amazing, so pauline convinced me to walk up one of our mountains instead of go to the gym. I was thrilled! We walked all the way up this mountain
