I´ve been everywhere...

Ok, so i have finally arrived in Barcelona... But it took 5 planes, 6 airports, 2 taxis, 1 train, and 1 metro line. Including the countless citys, so it feels like that one song for Comfort Inn (i think it is?) Where the guy sings about alll the places he has been and the chorus is, "I´ve been everywhere". Anyway´s i got to Sabadell sunday night around 8:30 and just collapsed for about 10 minutes, got situated, and took a long shower. I have been wearing those clothes for day and half!!! Had some of the Johnny Walker and was out the door to a small tapas place the hotel staff suggested. It was a small hole in the hole but was very good as it specialized in fish tapas. The owner was cool guy but spoke next to no english but was accomadating and left the menu up to him. So, i got patata braves (basically french fries with a very good chipotle type sauce), calamari romano (the best fried calamari ever. just lightly breaded, and the calamari itself was cooked just right and can be cut with fork relatively easy, just unheard of how they cooked it just right). Last but not least grilled bread that was brushed with olive oil and grilled tomato. Then he treated me to some rose flavored ice cream for the holiday that was coming tommorrow. So, good start food wise, oh before i forget, i had a chorizo ham sandwhich at the airport that was freakin good as well. Ok, anyways, after eating i headed to the hotel to sleep.

Hey Mike, Man, you had some good food! Fish like tacos? Is that correct, and lightly breaded calamari, yum, yum. Good for you, nice to hear the Spaniards are good to Americans, I cannot imagine anyone not treating a nice guy like you Mike very well. Have you had some Sangria yet? It is a very fruity wine made with some excellent buzz juice, goes very well with Spanish women!! Salma Hayak and Penelope Cruz always drink it, just close your eyes and imagine it.
