Hello Elizabeth, welcome to the forum!

I'm not sure about vaccinations for UAE, but can assure you that travel from there is extremely good. Emirates flies out of Dubai and Etihad is based in Abu Dhabi. Africa, Asia and Europe are all within a few hours of flying. Reply to this
