From Istanbul to Pamukkale, Cappadocia and Safranbolu...?

Need help on getting info about travelling to Pamukkale, Cappadocia and Safranbolu from Istanbul!

I'm currently planning my own trip to Turkey....I'll hopefully visit these 4 cities: Istanbul, Pamukkale, Cappadocia and Safranbolu...

I'd like to know how long it takes and how much it costs to go to Pamukkale/ Cappadocia/ Safranbolu by bus/ other transport means from Istanbul...
Also, which bus company is better?

Would it be a better idea to buy a travel package rather than book the bus & hostel myself?
Are 3 days enough for each city?

Would appreciate if you could share your experiences with me! :] I've been to Istanbul before but I wasn't very efficient in planning out my trip....
