3 male friends, mid 20s, travelling in December, looking for a December destination .. any suggestions?

3 male friends, looking for a place where we can have good sight seeing, tourist attractions, adventure, and a place to party, it should be easy to meet girls (so no Iran kind of country)
if any, please suggest a cheap & clean place to stay, and advice of an approximate budget per person

Reply to this Well, go to where the snow is at. It is cool to have a white Christmas, although I haven't quite experienced it yet. the time will come in the future when snow will come late or whatever and there maybe no more white Christmass.

It is nice and warm in Thailand right now. What about an island such as Koh Pha Ngan. And Thailand is very inexpensive, and always full of parties.

Australia has to be the best destination for Christmas - it's absolutely buzzing. It is a bit more expensive than Thailand but it is worth every penny.
