you can try with travel agency for an itinerary - it's just a booking & no upfront payment is needed until 'issue date' which the travel agency will advise you. Only until ticket is issued will the ticket be charged. We do this all the time with visa applications Check this blog

They don't 'promote' any particular airline, but are totally transparent, plus they include the extra fees and taxes that you know you have to pay but many other 'comparison' sites leave off. This is helpful, as you can make a fair assessment of which is the best price.
