Finally I found a time table for "Eskelisen Lapin Linjat":

The bus is leaving from the Rovaniemi bus station at 11:30 and it will arrive Tromso at 19:30 (seems to be 7 days a week).
That is all I found from the Finnish sites. There may be other companies than this copany "J.M. Eskelisen Lapin Linjat Oy".
