What did all my classmates do last night on their year abroads? Probably go to a bar and get drunk.
What did I do last night on my year abroad? Looked after a 14 year a girl who's tried to commit suicide twice becuase her mum has abandoned her.
You can't put into words all the emotions and thoughts. But it sure as hell puts this year into perspective.
