Era un tiempo largo desde mi ultimo entrada. No se donde a comencar. Mi escuela segunda es terminado, y tengo tres semanas mas in Buenos Aires. Me Encanta Couchsurfing.org! Tengo lugares gratis para dormir por los tres semanas proximas. I finished up my first School and between the two schools I was staying at the Gecko Hostel in Palermo. all restaurant kitchens are scary
Great experience -- working in the kitchen. But from what I have heard from friends who had had kitchen jobs -- it's something no one wants to see to closely -- no matter what country. And I have never understood diners who are rude to their waitstaff or send food back. I can only imagine the "extra special" care their plates get in the kitchen. That's one of the reasons why my favorite meals are eaten in homes (where it is still not a good idea to piss off the cook). ;)
