Beach Picnic

Several times Mom and I took picnic breakfast or lunch to the beach. We found that local fruit and fresh tortillas rivaled even the best restaurants in each town. The pineapples sold on the side of the road are the best I've ever had: so perfectly ripe that you can eat a whole one without burning your tongue.
