Paella with chicken, chicken liver, green beans, snow peas, and lima-like beans. I actually ordered the wrong paella and ended up with this one. We originally didn't want this version because we thought it contained rabbit (Mary objected to that), but luckily it was only chicken. It was decent, but lacking some saffron. I've had better in Calgary, but who knows how authentic the Calgary stuff is. Valencia is the birthplace of paella, after all!
