Plate #1: The fried chicken was dry and flavourles. The rib was just plain dry, more like beef jerky than anything good to eat. Sadly, some of the best items on offer were all deep fried - shrimps, clams, and chunks of unusually succulent and juicy chicken breast. One of the best dishes was Chinese-style chicken and mushrooms. The dim sum they offered was crap.
