... a nice aspect of dining at Dai is the fact that at the end of the omakase, they allow customers to choose their last piece of sushi - it could be anything previously eaten as part of the omakase, or a new selection. Crunchy Yellow Jack was the choice here - again, we had a nicely prepared piece of sushi, but there wasn't anything overly memorable about it. Firmer, crunchier types of sushi just don't do it for me.
