... with Tsukiji being the mecca of sushi, you must be able to get some high-grade wasabi here, in order to cater to all the sushi restaurants. It's an underrated part of the sushi experience in Japan, but you can definitely identify a difference with the quality of fresh wasabi - most sushi overseas is served with kind of an instant wasabi powder, or comes prepared inside of a tube.
